6.2.7.10 RA Reviews

Recipients subject to program reviews

All RA recipients, who are not exempt from having their rent liability verified, may be selected for a program review after, but not before, 30 weeks has elapsed since providing rent verification. This process began in March 2010.

Purpose of program reviews

The reviews have been implemented to improve RA compliance.

Centrelink and the FAO may conduct other targeted RA reviews to determine whether RA is being administered correctly.

Example: Accelerated Claimant Matching (ACM) or Local area initiatives.
