CHAPTER 27 - DETERMINING RATES OF PAYMENT - Maintenance income test. See guidelines 27.20000 to 27.21701.

The amendments to chapter 27, Part I, Maintenance income test reflect the changes arising from:

• the transfer of the maintenance income test to additional family payment from 01/01/93;
• the introduction of twice monthly child support payments from 16/12/92; and
• the exemption of disability expenses maintenance from 01/01/93.
