Temporary Employment Opportunities – APS 3 - FOFMS Support 

 

Do you like working within a team, providing a high quality service to clients? We are looking for people who would be interested in temporary employment to work with the FaHCSIA Online Funding Management System (FOFMS).

FOFMS is a web-based system that assists in the management of the FaHCSIA Funding Lifecycle across all funding programs – from applications to establishing the service, managing the agreement, making payments, through to reporting and evaluation.


You could work within our FOFMS Support Team.  When you work in FOFMS Support you will be providing assistance to clients by creating and maintaining Organisation data, liaising with State and territory offices and other government agencies.  These positions are based in Canberra.

We are after people with the following skills and personal qualities:

  • High level of attention to detail
  • Aptitude for using computer based applications
  • Clear oral and written communication
  • Ability to adapt to changing work demands and circumstances
  • A team player
  • Enthusiastic and committed

The duration of the temporary employment might be anywhere from a couple of weeks to several months. Employment may be full time or part time. Work may be normal office hours or after hours. Pay and conditions will be in accordance with the FaHCSIA’s Certified Agreement.

Registration will be current for a period of 6 months. After this time you will need to renew your registration by applying again.
