Assets
- 13.1 This clause only applies if Assets are purchased with the Funding.
- 13.2 You can only use the Funding to purchase the Assets we have specified in Item H of the Schedule.
- 13.3 You must obtain our prior approval in writing if you want to use the Funding to purchase Assets not specified in Item H of the Schedule.
- 13.4 You own the Assets purchased from the Funding unless Item H of the Schedule states otherwise.
