1.1.J.50 JETCCFA activity limits

Definition

A JETCCFA activity limit is the period of time for which JETCCFA can be paid for a particular type of JETCCFA activity.

Activity limits for all JETCCFA approved activities should be seen as a depository of assistance that a person can use when and where they see it will be most beneficial to them and can be used continuously or as portions over a period of time up to the total allocation of an activity limit.

A person should use the total allocation of an activity limit before being required to undertake an intervening activity, unless exceptional circumstances apply. Once an activity limit is reached, if a person wishes to be reassessed for further assistance they are then required to complete an intervening activity.
