20. Approval of organisations providing residential care services to young people
20.(1) The Secretary may approve an organisation that co‑ordinates or provides residential care services to young people in Australia as an approved care organisation for the purposes of this Act.
20.(2) Revocation
20.(2) The Secretary may revoke an approval under subsection (1).
