1.1.D.65 Dependant (HCC)

Definition

For the purposes of an automatic issue HCC (except the FTB Part A HCC), a dependant is:

• the partner (1.1.P.70), or
• a dependent child (1.1.D.70),

of the cardholder.

For the purposes of a FTB Part A HCC or a LIC, a dependant is:

• the partner, or
• a dependent child, or
• a regular care child,

of the cardholder.
