Enrolment at a school includes anything that is acceptable as an alternative to conventional schooling under the relevant state or territory law, for example, approved home schooling.
Attendance at a school includes attendance at a place that is acceptable as an alternative to conventional schooling under the relevant state or territory law, for example, approved home schooling.
A person responsible for the operation of a school means the school principal or a person within the management structure of the school OR a person who has responsibility within a relevant state or territory government department or non-government authority. It includes a person responsible for a place the child is attending as an alternative to a school, for example, the director of a traineeship provider.
