Article 32 of the Agreement covers what happens should the Agreement be terminated. The Agreement remains in force for 12 months following the date on which either Australia or Norway notifies the other through diplomatic channels that they intend to terminate the Agreement.
Should the Agreement terminate, it will continue to apply to those people being paid, or those who had lodged a claim and were entitled at the time of termination.
