Introduction

The material that was in chapters 1 and 3 of this part has been SUPERSEDED by material in the Social Security (Administration) Bill 1999. For the CURRENT POLICY on:

• claim lodgement, go to 8.1, and
• claim requirements for customers who are reclaiming or transferring from another payment, go to 8.2
