3.2.9.110 Suitable Activity - Part-time or Casual Employment

Summary

Job seekers can undertake paid part-time or casual employment at any stage and are generally required to accept any suitable work, including casual or part-time work that is offered to them.

 

Job seekers may also undertake part-time or casual employment as a work experience activity. For more details on work experience activity requirements refer to 3.2.10.

 

Part-time or casual employment - work experience activity requirement

Part-time or casual employment can be undertaken as a work experience activity in order to meet a job seeker's work experience activity requirement. Further information on work experience activities can be found at 3.2.10. When undertaking part-time or casual work as a work experience activity requirement part-time work can be combined with any other activity to meet the required hours.
