- Calculate the adjusted score for Subdomain C(1) Functional Abilities - Self Care Subdomain, by locating the score range in column 1 of the conversion table into which the total score fits.
- The adjusted score is the corresponding conversion score.
- The adjusted score for Subdomain C(1) is carried over to Step 12.
