About FaHCSIA

Departmental contract listing

The Senate Order No 192 of 20 June 2001 (amended 27 September 2001, June 2003 and 4 December 2003) requires government agencies to regularly publish a list of contracts to the value of $100 000 or more entered into during the previous 12 months. The list also includes contracts entered into in an earlier period that have not been fully performed (i.e. which are still current), at the end of the reporting year.

The Senate Order requires the list to include:

All of the Department's contracts contain the standard confidentiality and non-disclosure clauses of a general nature.

In the context of the Senate Order, 'contract' is defined as including funding agreements, which are listed separately.

The current contract lists are for the calendar year 2007-08.
