Open Competitive Selection Process for Early Intervention Services, Post Separation Cooperative Parenting Services and a Regional Family Dispute Resolution Service.
The Commonwealth of Australia, represented by the Attorney-General's Department (AGD) and Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaHCSIA) invites applications from organisations seeking to assist families in regional Australia.
FaHCSIA is seeking applications from community organisations to enter into a Funding Agreement for the period of 1 July 2009 until 30 June 2012 to deliver Early Intervention Services in Geelong. The successful applicant would provide Family Relationship Counselling, Family Relationship Education and Skills Training and Specialised Family Violence Services under the Commonwealth's Family Relationship Services Program.
AGD is seeking applications from community organisations to establish and deliver Post Separation Cooperative Parenting services in 14 locations across regional Australia. Post Separation Cooperative Parenting is a new service aimed at helping separated parents in high conflict to focus on the needs of their children.
AGD is also seeking applications from community organisations to establish and deliver a Regional Family Dispute Resolution service in Broken Hill, NSW. This will assist separated families to resolve disputes relating to separation and divorce and improve their post separation relationships.
