Rural and Remote Service Delivery
The FRSP Rural and Remote Service Delivery discussion paper - "Lessons from the field - Family Relationship Services in rural and remote Australia - challenges and good practice is a joint discussion paper developed by Catholic Welfare Australia and the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs. It has been published as a resource to facilitate further discussion among service providers and between the sector, FaHCSIA and the Attorney-General's Department about how services funded under the FRSP can better meet the needs of rural and remote communities.
We thank Catholic Welfare Australia and all contributing organisations for their work in this important field.

FaHCSIA's response outlines the main issues raised by Lessons from the Field and the FRSP Review, and, reviews the recommendations of the reports with reference to the pre-existing processes and initiatives within FaHCSIA.
