Children and parenting services provide intensive, targeted and coordinated support for parents and children to improve child development, child safety and family functioning. Services are provided for families and children from birth to 12 years who are vulnerable, at risk, or in highly disadvantaged communities.
The Commonwealth Government is providing funding for children and parenting services as part of its commitment to deliver better coordinated and more flexible support services for children and families through the Family Support Program.
