Maari Ma Health Aboriginal Corporation has been providing health services and social and community programs to the Indigenous community in the local area for over a decade.

Sandhills Foundation for Aboriginal Affairs Aboriginal Corporation has established links with local Employment Services, The Department of Housing, Local Schools, Law Access, Community Transport Service and other HACC programs, TAFE, local sporting organisations and a number of health related services including but not limited to: Aboriginal Medical Services in both Wagga and Griffith, dental, Mum's & Bub's Program, diabetes, counselling, cancer care, regional assistance programs for individuals suffering from chronic illnesses etc.

Shoalhaven Community Development Limited have received funding over 36 months to deliver the Community Support Service to improve Indigenous access to mainstream and Indigenous services in Nowra and Wreck Bay, NSW.

Shoalhaven Community Development Ltd has provided Government funded and contracted employment programs for over a decade.

STEPI have developed and delivered a range of programs and services to the Eurobodalla and Bega Valley areas over the past 25 years. Specific assistance and services have been provided to the Eden, Bega, Bega Valley and Wallaga Lake Indigenous communities.

STEPI's community networks include non-Government agencies, Government agencies and departments.

WEAVE in conjunction with La Perouse Youth Haven have received funding over 36 months to deliver the Community Support Service to improve Indigenous access to mainstream and Indigenous services in Sydney - Inner City, Redfern, La Perouse, NSW.

WEAVE was established in 1975 and provides a wide range of community services including education programs, health services, domestic violence services, childcare and afterschool activities, counselling and community development programs.

La Perouse Youth Haven was established in 2005 to improve the provision of educational and social services for young people and their families.

Taree Indigenous Development and Employment have received funding over 32 months to deliver the Community Support Service to improve Indigenous access to mainstream and Indigenous services in Taree and Wauchope, NSW.

Taree Indigenous Development and Employment has provided Community Development Employment Projects for up to 10 years, and other services to these communities. The organisation has connections with Indigenous and non-Indigenous service organisations and support from the Taree and Wauchope.

Toomelah Co-operative Limited will receive funding over 32 months under the Australian Government's Community Investment Program to deliver the Community Support Service to improve Indigenous access to mainstream services in Toomelah, Boggabilla and Goondiwindi.

The service delivers capacity building activities within Toomelah, Boggabilla and Goondiwindi's Indigenous communities. Toomelah Co-operative Limited has been the Community Development Employment Projects provider in Toomelah for over 20 years and Boggabilla for over 10 years and has provided services similar to the Community Support Service to the three communities.

The organisation has established networks within the three communities and with other providers of services.

The Diocese of Bathurst have received funding over 36 months to deliver the Community Support Service to improve Indigenous access to mainstream and Indigenous services in Bathurst, Coonabarabran, Gilgandra, Orange and Wellington, NSW.

They have developed and delivered many programs with an Indigenous service focus and provided counselling and mediation services to Indigenous clients through their clinical programs. They have been operating since 1988.

They have established relationships with local service providers.

Wandiyali ATSI Incorporated have received funding over 36 months to deliver the Community Support Service to improve Indigenous access to mainstream and Indigenous services in Newcastle, NSW.

Wandiyali is an Indigenous organisation established in 1997 to work with Koori youth in the community. They work across seven Local Government areas from Lake Macquarie to Merriwa.

Wandiyali have partnerships and links with many service providers in mainstream and Indigenous services.

Centacare Catholic Family Services has received funding over 36 months to deliver the Community Support Service to improve access to mainstream and Indigenous services in Dubbo and Narromine, NSW.

Centacare Catholic Family Services was established in 1996 to extend social welfare services to families and children on behalf of the Catholic Diocese of Wilcannia-Forbes.  The Diocese of Wilcannia-Forbes covers a vast area (52%) of NSW and includes many rural and remote communities of outback NSW.

Centacare has offices in Bourke, Forbes, Narromine and Broken Hill and provides services to children, youth and families and operate an Employment Service.

Yarkuwa Indigenous Knowledge Centre Aboriginal Corporation (Yarkuwa) have received funding over 36 months to deliver the Community Support Service to improve Indigenous access to mainstream and Indigenous services in Balranald and Deniliquin, NSW.

Yarkuwa was established in 2003 to provide a home for cultural and community information and has continued to explore opportunities for social and economic development through project grants, consultancies and community activities.

MHS services cover health care and promotion activities in and around Innisfail and surrounding areas. MHS has a referral process that assists with other areas such as employment, housing, welfare, business, and judicial concerns.

MHS have developed long term and lasting links with Indigenous specific and mainstream service providers.

Mareeba Shire Job Training Association Incorporated (QITE) have received funding over 36 months to deliver the Community Support Service to improve Indigenous access to mainstream and Indigenous services in Mareeba, Ravenshoe and Atherton, QLD.

QITE has delivered a range of services to Indigenous Australians for over 21 years, including health, housing, counselling, employment and training.

QITE has links with Government departments at the Local, State and Federal levels as well as many local non-Government service providers.

Ngoonbi Co-Operative Society Limited (Ngoonbi) have received funding over 36 months to deliver the Community Support Service to improve Indigenous access to mainstream and Indigenous services in Kowrowa and Kuranda, QLD.

Ngoonbi has been operating since 1971 as a service established to provide affordable houses for the Indigenous people of the area. Their services include housing rentals, social justice programs and emergency relief.

Ngoonbi has strong links with other local service providers in the Tablelands region, and Federal, Local and State Government and non-Government Agencies servicing the area.

Nhulundu Wooribah Indigenous Health Organisation Incorporated (Nhulundu) have received funding over 36 months to deliver the Community Support Service to improve Indigenous access to mainstream and Indigenous services in Gladstone, QLD.

QPCYWA currently provide services to communities across Queensland. These include traditional QPCYWA health, fitness, recreation, sporting and life skills services.

Relationships Australia Queensland (RAQ) have received funding over 36 months to deliver the Community Support Service to improve Indigenous access to mainstream and Indigenous services in Ipswich, Mackay, Cardwell, Tully, Ingham, Townsville and Thuringowa, QLD.

RAQ has been operating for 60 years, providing services in many locations throughout Queensland. Indigenous specific services include men's, women's and family programs and social justice groups.

RAQ has links with Local, State and Federal Government departments as well as many local non-Government service providers.

Skill Centred Queensland Incorporated (SCQ) have received funding over 36 months to deliver the Community Support Service to improve Indigenous access to mainstream and Indigenous services in Toowoomba, Dalby, Beaudesert, Southport, Charleville, St George and Roma, QLD.

Since its commencement in 1976 SCQ has been providing services to Indigenous Australians.

SCQ has an established network with Commonwealth and State Government agencies, employers, schools and other educational institutions.

The Indigenous Wellbeing Centre Aboriginal Corporation have received funding over 36 months to deliver the Community Support Service to improve Indigenous access to mainstream and Indigenous services in Bundaberg, QLD.

The Indigenous Wellbeing Centre Aboriginal Corporation was established in 2002 to assist in building the Indigenous communities' capacity to self-manage and to provide employment opportunities to the Indigenous people.

They address training needs, work toward changing employer attitudes toward Indigenous jobseekers and workers, provide life skills courses, health promotion initiatives and bus services to improve geographic mobility and facilitate employment.

MADEC have developed alliances with employment service providers and Indigenous service providers and have working relationships with local service providers. MADEC also have links to Federal, State and Local Government agencies.

Port Lincoln Aboriginal Community Council Incorporated (PLACC) have received funding over 36 months to deliver the Community Support Service to improve Indigenous access to mainstream and Indigenous services in Port Lincoln, SA.

PLACC is responsible for the management of housing, youth and employment programs.

PLACC has links to many Local and State Government Agencies.

The City of Playford (CoP) have received funding over 36 months to deliver the Community Support Service to improve Indigenous access to mainstream services in Adelaide - Northern Suburbs, SA.

CoP established Marni Waiendi in 2005. Marni Waiendi operates as a coordinating Aboriginal service broker and facilitator for the linking of services and support to the Northern Adelaide Aboriginal community. Services delivered include education, training, employment, health, recreation, mentoring and governance.

Marni Waiendi works with other partners and support services to deliver additional services.

Colony 47 Incorporated have received funding over 36 months to deliver the Community Support Service to improve Indigenous access to mainstream and Indigenous services in Launceston, TAS.

Colony 47 Incorporated has delivered a range of community services to Indigenous people and their families since 2005, particularly through their Justice Mentor Program.

Colony 47 Incorporated has existing local networks and partnerships with service delivery agencies and Government outlets.

Budja Budja Aboriginal Co-operative have received funding to deliver the Community Support Service to improve Indigenous access to mainstream and Indigenous services in the Halls Gap and Horsham, areas of Victoria.

The Budja Budja Aboriginal Co-operative was established in 1999 to deliver  health and social services to the expanding Halls Gap Aboriginal community.  Budja Budja will work with Gollum Gollum Aboriginal co-op provide CSS services into the Horsham communities.

GEGAC was formed in 1972 to meet the need for health services for Aboriginal people in Gippsland. GEGAC programs include child, youth, family and community services.

The Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency Cooperative Limited (VACCA) have received funding over 36 months to deliver the Community Support Service to improve Indigenous access to mainstream and Indigenous services in Melbourne - Casey, Whittlesea and Hume, VIC.

VACCA operates services in all regions of Victoria and provides a range of services to all Victorian Indigenous Communities, including Aboriginal child and family welfare, youth, family and carer programs.

VACCA have established a number of partnership arrangements and have well established networks with Aboriginal and mainstream organisations across a range of services.

Worn Gundidj Aboriginal Cooperative Limited have received funding over 36 months to deliver the Community Support Service to improve Indigenous access to mainstream and Indigenous services in Warrnambool, Portland, Port Fairy and Heywood, VIC.

Worn Gundidj commenced operation in 1992 to provide work for unemployed Indigenous persons in community managed activities. Worn Gundidj recently became a provider of a Structured Training Employment Program covering the area from Geelong to the SA border.

Worn Gundidj maintains close links with previous Community Development Employment Program provider organisations and individual Structured Training and Employment Project and Employment Related Services (STEP ERS) clients in the region.

Australian Red Cross Society have received funding over 36 months to deliver the Community Support Service to improve Indigenous access to mainstream and Indigenous services in Broome, WA.

Australian Red Cross Society already deliver many services in Broome including breakfast clubs, emergency services, a community visitors' scheme, prison pre-release and community mental health services.
